The meeting with Anita Salomonsson is already fully booked.
Author Anita Salomonsson reads from her books and talks about her writing.
Anita Salomonsson has made it something of a specialty to rescue seemingly insignificant but real life stories from Västerbotten from oblivion and depict them in fictional form. Her latest novel is Nina - Daddy's Good Girl. In it, Anita, together with Birgitta Bjurman at Skellefteå Museum, has compiled an exchange of letters during the 1850s and 1860s. It depicts a real part of everyday life for middle-class women in Skellefteå during that period. There are stories about love encounters, broken promises, balls, finances and much more.
Served with coffee/tea and sandwich.
