The former ombudsman role gets a new name, new benefits and new life.
We hope that you, as a former 'agent', will want to continue your important work under the new title of Ambassador. Registration is required by all, new and old stars.
As an ambassador for Västerbottensteatern, you are a significant and important part of the future of culture and a co-seller for the theater.
Being an ambassador is suitable for those who enjoy culture, have a large social circle and are the spider in the web in your social circle - at work, in the family or in the group of friends. You'll get a host of benefits, such as cheaper tickets, meeting actors, directors, seeing the theater behind the scenes and much more!
OUR AMBASSADOR SYSTEM
The Ambassador scheme is based on five different levels: basic, bronze, silver, gold and diamond. The more tickets you broker, the better the benefits you get.
BAS
You sell 10-30 tickets per season (fall/winter & spring/summer)
♥ 20% discount on all Västerbottensteaterns own performances, except premieres and theater / food.
♥ Ambassador meeting twice a year: directors, actors and artistic directors present upcoming plays, we offer coffee and nice mingle.
♥ Updates, special offers and advance information via newsletters and via the ambassadors' own Facebook page.
♥ 10% discount on food and drinks at Restaurant Mandel and Paolo´s (not alcohol).
We expect you as an ambassador, at all levels, to commit to taking part in the theater's offerings and passing on information about the theater in your networks.
The "BAS" benefits are included as basic benefits in all subsequent levels, to which the following are added;
BRONZE
You sell 30-60 tickets per season
♥ Two free tickets per play to rehearsals or auditions for our own major productions.
♥ Invitation to an extraordinary kick-off for the current performance.
SILVER
You sell 60-100 tickets per season
♥ Four free tickets per play for rehearsals or auditions for our own major productions.
♥ One personal free ticket per season to any play of the theater's own productions, any date.
♥ Invitation to an extraordinary kick-off for the current performance.
GOLD
You broker 100+ tickets per season
♥ Six free tickets per play for rehearsals or auditions for our own major productions.
♥ Two personal free tickets per season to any play of the theater's own productions, any date.
♥ A gold-inspired gift - you are worth your weight in gold!
♥ Invitation to an extraordinary kick-off for the current performance.
DIAMOND
You broker 300+ tickets in a game year
♥ Ten free tickets per play for rehearsals or auditions for our own major productions.
♥ Personal annual pass with free admission to all the theater's performances (food costs will be added).
♥ You may book first of all theater agents.
♥ A Västerbotten backpack filled with surprises.
♥ Invitation to an extraordinary kick-off for the current performance.
GENERAL RULES
→ To keep your place as an ambassador, you must sell at least 10 tickets during a season.
→ Your benefits will start when you have sold the minimum number of tickets at the current level.
→ As an ambassador, you sell the tickets directly to your customers via tickster.com and send payment links to them. No money or payment cards need to be used.
→ Your customers will be able to hold their reservations for 2 weeks and must be claimed at least one week before the game date, then they will automatically go back into the system if not claimed.
→ The ambassador discount applies to all performance dates in the performance period, except premieres and theater / food.
→ As an ambassador, you are responsible for booking and arranging tickets for your customers. Possibly. Refunds are made by sales staff at Västerbottensteatern.
