B.U.S - Adorable Under Stress

The popular cabaret divas are back with a new show.

Blossom Tainton, Gladys del Pilar, Kayode "Kayo" Shekoni , Vivian Cardinal, and Fransesca Quartey, dust off their feather boas and get to work on the sequel to the hit show B.U.S! - Brown Without Sun. Thirteen years have passed since the last show and a lot has happened in the meantime. The five singers, dancers and actors - some with new careers - are now in their 60s. Where are they now and what have they learned from life so far? Led by the distinguished director Josette Bushell-Mingo, they alternate glamorous song and dance numbers with personal reflections on important crossroads, ideals and the not always so glamorous downsides of ageing.

B.U.S - Bedårande Under Stress is a dear reunion, a crackling cabaret that opens up for an honest conversation with the audience about what it is like to live as a black woman in a changing Sweden.
