THE FEAST IS A CELEBRATION OF THE HUMAN AND THE SENSUAL

With house culture as an inexhaustible source of inspiration, Viktor Fröjd creates a work that makes the audience go in, but dance out. 

When Viktor Fröjd invites you to Festen , the audience is welcome to participate in its own way. Sinking into a couch, furtively sneaking around the room or dancing madly in the center of the party.

Placed in the middle of the work, together with scenic installations and three house dancers, you become part of Festen - a house club disguised as a performance. To the music of DJ Cheza and with master of ceremonies Yared, you will join a party you will never forget.

The party is a tribute to the street dance community - a culture that wants to affirm everyone's differences and celebrates dance as a means of expression. Inspired by the music, jams and dance of house clubs, Fröjd creates a work filled with community and joy.

ENG: BLKDOG is a cutting edge blend of hip hop dance and physical theater and explores the inner battlefield of an ageing artist retaining his unworldliness. Every child is an artist - but how does an artist survive growing up?
