A unique concert in quiz format featuring songs from your childhood that you've never heard before! It's as much a quiz as it is a concert and sing-along, but above all, it's a tribute to our out-of-tune pianos and out-of-tune bodies.
A tribute to the songs we grew up with and how they shaped us then and now. Karlstad native and multi-talented artist Carl Olof Berg presents a playful and intimate concert version of his successful tour concept "Hemma hos dig med Carl Olof" (At home with Carl Olof), where you as a private individual can invite him over for a cup of coffee and choose between three different one-man shows.
In this extended concert version, Carl Olof takes you on a journey to former borrowers' out-of-tune pianos and requested songs from his childhood, weaving together a colorful musical patchwork where you, the audience, are invited to test your knowledge in real time on the artist, title, and year the song was released. You will hear pop songs from the 1800s, 1920s, 1950s, and 2010s by artists such as Bruce Springsteen, Madonna, Allan Edwall, Evert Taube, Dolly Parton, Bob Marley, E-Type, and Barbra Streisand. The winner will receive a special gift from Carl Olof's own childhood at the piano on Lyckebovägen in Karlstad.
