Our driving force

Our Driving Force is an evening event where you, together with VBT's actors, technicians, dancers, and motor enthusiasts, explore the meeting between two seemingly separate worlds: performing arts and motor culture. In collaboration with local motor enthusiasts, we transform a group of cars into rolling mini-stages – unique spaces where the audience can experience theater, music, and dance in completely new ways.

In a parking lot, the cars are transformed into a living cultural center on wheels, where each car offers a unique gateway to our shared cultural experience. For example, you might encounter an actor performing a monologue behind the wheel, join a guided tour through the driver's hometown, or step out of the car for a short performance at a location to experience a dance solo. Perhaps it is the surface of the car body and the dancer's movements that will give you your next great cultural experience. Perhaps it is the stories you hear along the way. Or perhaps it is the feeling of sitting together in a small room on wheels and sharing an experience that only happens right there, right then.

When the last ride is finished, everyone gathers again in the parking lot and the evening ends together.
