Now there is a fantastic opportunity to become a central part of Västerbottensteatern as we are looking for a successor to our administrative manager who is retiring.
We are looking for you who are driven and development-oriented, with experience of working in a broad organization with several ongoing processes. As administrative manager, you are responsible for leading and developing Västerbottensteaterns administrative and financial functions. You have overall responsibility for finance, HR, payroll and work environment, and are responsible for ensuring that operations comply with current legislation and guidelines. You are part of the theater's management team, which jointly runs and develops the theater's operations with the vision and mission in focus. You provide strategic support to the CEO in financial and administrative matters. An important part of your job is to have contact with stakeholders such as our owners, donors and partners.
The Administrative Manager plays a key role in the strategic planning and development of the theater, working closely with all departments to create a successful and sustainable business. The work is highly varied and covers a wide range of tasks.
