Buying tickets
When you buy tickets for one of our performances, you become our customer. The personal data you provide is registered with us and used for the administration of your order.

Please note that when purchasing tickets, we may process data such as special diets or specific information from you about your personal needs when booking a seat.

Newsletter subscriptions
Personal data (e-mail address) provided when subscribing to our newsletter is only stored for as long as you are a subscriber. When you unsubscribe, we delete your personal data.
The information you provide when subscribing to our newsletter may also be used for our own marketing purposes and for the follow-up and development of Västerbottensteatern AB's offer.

Applications/expression of interest in employment
When you apply for a vacancy, your personal data will be stored for three years in accordance with the rules of the Discrimination Act unless otherwise stated. Please note that the application is considered a public document according to the principle of public access.
Other requests for interest in employment with us that you submit are saved and deleted on an ongoing basis.
