A concert by and with Carolina Miskovsky & Daniel Pettersson who are a Umeå-based duo consisting of the two experienced musicians Carolina on guitar and Daniel on nyckelharpa. They weave stories and anecdotes between the songs.
Carolina has been playing since she was a child and released an album in 2005 where the singles were played extensively on radio stations around Sweden. She has both played solo and toured with other artists.
Daniel is a recognized folk musician who has played his nyckelharpa most of his life, starting in Boliden. He also plays in Duon Sotali and has toured with the German folk rock band FAUN. He has played on countless records, both in his own projects as well as others and has played all over the world.
Together they have created a unique sound where Carolina's melodies and guitar playing meet Daniel's beautiful arrangements on the nyckelharpa. The music is dreamy and beautiful, moving between country, folk and pop with beautiful arrangements on guitar and nyckelharpa. The songs are in both Swedish and English.
