Carina Linder talks about her new book "Kick the ball to the moon".
A real-life story about being undocumented and living in limbo in Sweden today. Not being allowed to stay and not having the right to come to your country.
The story is a bottom-up perspective that raises many reflections on organ trafficking, vulnerability and hardship. It asks the question what is a human being worth and what is included in being human. About the consequences of political decisions. Who will comfort the fist!
Carina Linder was born in Burliden Burträsk, where she has also farmed with her husband for many years. She has also worked in asylum accommodation for unaccompanied minors for many years.
Carina has always been interested in theater and storytelling, played amateur theater in Burträsk theater forum for over 20 years and had some shorter narrative performances of her own written material. She has university studies in drama, theater, film, popular fiction and creative writing.
