Welcome to the Storytelling Festival’s opening night!
At the start of the Storytelling Festival, we’ll gather to present this year’s festival theme— Motvalls —and offer a few previews of everything that awaits during the festival week.
This year’s theme features stories about people who go against the grain, who are a bit different, and who refuse to conform to the norm or live up to others’ expectations. Stories that make us a little uncomfortable, surprise us, maybe make us laugh—or cause us to pause and reflect.
During the evening, you’ll have the chance to meet storytellers and co-organizers, experience storytelling, and learn more about the performances *Störstorden* and *Vi är Däggdjur*.
Let this evening be your taste of a festival week filled with stories, encounters, and music—where every story can provide inspiration, strength, and a sense of community.
