At 1:00 p.m., we’ll have the chance to hear from two amazing artists: illustrator Frida Stensmar and wood artist Elin “Trollkniv” Lundqvist Burlin.
The coffee stand and the exhibition of their work are open starting at 12:00 p.m.
Illustrator Frida Stensmar will talk about and demonstrate the process behind the creation of the picture book “Five Little Forest Mice.” Frida will bring along some of her early, quick sketches as well as the finished original illustrations from the book. You’re warmly invited to ask questions and get a glimpse into how a children’s book is created.
Elin “Trollkniv” Lundqvist Burlin, a wood artist, shares her journey into the embrace of trees. Trees as a source of comfort and support during recovery, trees as messengers of environmental recovery, and wood as a form of artistic expression.

After the lecture, there will be a short coffee break, and then Elin will lead a workshop
