When Klok-Ola from Meta got the wind

With music, song and words we honor the memory of Meta Andreasson, Åbyn, Burträsk. She passed away in the fall of 2024 after a long life of poetry in Swedish and in Bonska. Meta published 12 books of poetry and was also active in the summer theater Kvarnspelet, which was performed in Skelleftemål for many years. In addition, she has written 100s of wedding and congratulatory songs.

Meta received several awards for her work! She was awarded the Ernst Westerlund Prize in 2018 and has also had her own residential neighborhood in Eriksberg named after her.
