As is often the case with the Rafset choir from Luleå, the musical repertoire consists of a mix of well-known pop songs, songs and schlagers - arranged directly for them by former member and Norrbottensteatern's Tomas Isacsson and Bo Selinder.
Rafset celebrated its 30th anniversary last year. The group was started by the well-known choir profile Monica Åslund who gathered her friends (rafted together) to create a scenic choir ensemble. Over the years, Rafset has presented a number of its own performances, mainly in Luleå, but has also toured South Africa, England, Iceland, Northern Ireland and Skåne, participated in Staffan Westerberg's performance Storgatan at Norrbottensteatern, on television, radio and much more. The choir Rafset consists of twelve singers and is accompanied in this performance by a pianist.
