The Arctic Tern

Author visit with Jan Unga. He will discuss his debut book, *Silvertärnan*, a gripping historical novel that depicts the life of the Forest Sami in Tornedalen. The stories, set in past decades, feature love, reindeer thefts, violent deaths, and signs from the past. The author has roots in the small Tornedalen village of Parkalompolo but now lives in Östanbäck.
