Forskarrum Nordanå is a meeting place for local historical research and storytelling for those who want to learn more about the history of Skelleftebygden. The books in the library have a cultural-historical focus with local history as a specialty. There are also inventories of buildings, records, documentation and history of popular movements, associations and companies.

Forskarrum Nordanå is a collaboration between Skellefteå Museum, Företagsarkivet i Westerbotten and Folkrörelsearkivet i Västerbotten.
