The wait has been long and the road to moving in has not been without its challenges - and a pandemic to boot. But now it's time: Västerbottensteatern is moving into Sara Kulturhus! Now an autumn filled with theater experiences awaits in the spectacular wooden building. Our audience can look forward to the world premiere of Musikanternas uttåg, a week of Berättarfestivalen and lots of guest performances, theater lunches, children's and youth performances, artistic talks and other events.

The illustration above shows where you can find the stages in Sara Kulturhus where Västerbottensteatern will perform. Much is
new and exciting, but much will also feel familiar. This is how it works:

THEATER HOSTS - At the performances, you will be greeted as usual by our theater hosts who will welcome you, take your ticket
and guide you to the right seat.

THEATER + FOOD - Our popular lunch and dinner performances with theater + food are served at Trappscenen. Read more on page 11 about the culinary collaboration with The Wood Hotel and on page 12 we present the fall theater + food offerings.

TICKETS - As usual, you buy tickets for our performances via vasterbottensteatern.se, tickster.com or at Skellefteå Tourist Center, Trädgårdsgatan 7, tel 0910 - 45 25 15.

HOW TO FIND US - The references in the illustration give a general idea of where our stages are located. Of course, there will also be signs in the building. In addition, Sara Kulturhus will guide visitors via its own hosts and a mobile app.

DINING - Sara Cultural Center and The Wood Hotel offer many different options for food, drinks and refreshments. On the 19th floor there is a
gourmet restaurant. On the 4th floor, with a terrace and stunning views, there is an à la carte restaurant. On the ground floor you will find Paolo's, an Italian café and restaurant concept. In connection with Västerbottensteatern's performances, there will be mobile catering with opportunities to buy coffee.

SCENE 1 - The largest stage for major productions, congresses and events with large audiences. Can accommodate 1200 seated
people.

SCEN 2 - A large black box with 292 seats. This is where many of Västerbottensteatern's larger productions will be performed, such as Musikanternas uttåg.

SCENE 3 - A small, intimate stage with room for 50 people in the auditorium. Some storytelling performances are performed here, as well as children's and school performances.

SCEN 4 - A black box that seats 100 people. It is used for smaller performances, such as The Creeping Root, and children's shows.

SCEN 5 A bright room with large windows facing north. With a maximum of 80 people in the audience, this is a room optimal for music and lectures, for example.

TRAPPSCENEN Centrally located in the building under the Cultural Staircase, this will be the stage for theater + food. 100 people can be seated at table service.
