WHAT CULTURE DO YOU WANT IN YOUR COMPANY?
Theater for the workplace - A workshop? Interactive theater? Need to raise difficult or complicated issues? We tailor solutions to your company's needs!
UngHästen offers companies throughout Sweden the opportunity for a tailor-made training with interactive theater.
UngHästen does not provide ready-made answers but opens up for discussion where participants contribute on their own terms and are encouraged to reflect on and challenge their habitual roles. We provide the individual and the group with tools to refine or change cultures and norms. No one will be able to sit still or hide behind old roles. Everyone is on an equal footing.
Creative, educational, practical and fun!
Feel free to contact us for a conversation about your specific needs, coffee is on us!
What they said about us:
"Thank you for an absolutely fantastic experience, we were all very happy and satisfied with your workshop, and we will remember this for a long time to come!!!" Göran Hörnelid, Umeå Energy
"You really helped to get the day off to a good start. I'm sure you hear it often, but you are really, really good! Thanks for a great mix of fun and seriousness!" . Thomas Holmström, TR, communications agency.
"UngHästen guided us, in an unpretentious and light-hearted way, towards an increase in competence in the art of job search"
Karin Johansson, TRR Social Security Council
"We started from a blank page and sketched out a theme together with UngHästen. The theme was interpreted and broken down into practical exercises by UngHästen so that everyone, regardless of age and function in the company, had a fun and thought-provoking end to the conference. The laughter picked up again when Niklas and David tore off half an hour of improvisational theater during dinner in the evening"
Johan Sundelin, Business Development, Fastec
WORKSHOP
In a workshop on interpersonal skills and communication, the group will look at their work reality and everyday working life. The workshop consists of exercises that everyone does at the same time "on the floor" without anyone having to perform or act in front of an audience.
Behavior and communication affect us in all types of encounters. Reflecting in a group and "thinking out loud" about our behavior allows us to move individuals and the group forward together. How does this affect the participants' everyday work, in which situations is it good to think about this?
A workshop on interpersonal skills strengthens my part in the team, increases social interaction and allows participants to identify their strengths and weaknesses.
CASE
We play specially written theater scenes about your everyday work life. With humor and recognition, we play out situations such as at the coffee machine, in the office or in the workshop.
Participants are inspired to take a stand themselves, individually and in groups, and to give their views and suggest solutions. How would I act in such a situation? Who am I in this scene? Does this usually happen to me?
We train reality in a playful way and with interactive theater we inspire participants to share their own experiences and thoughts.
