Organizer: The Storytelling Festival is organized overall by Västerbottensteatern, in collaboration with other cultural institutions and local cultural actors. The organizer for each event is listed in the program.
Ticketing
Each organizer is responsible for ticket sales for their events. See the respective program for specific ticketing information.
Tickets for events organized by Västerbottensteatern
Tickets will be released on September 9, 2026, and can be purchased at Skellefteå Tourist Center, Trädgårdsgatan 7, info@visitskelleftea.se, tel. 0910-45 25 10, or at tickster.com.
Direct links to ticket booking on Tickster are available from the ticket release date for each event in the program.
Many performances have free admission, first come first served. However, some performances with free admission require a booked ticket so see info for each program.
Accommodation and tourist information
Information about hotels and other accommodation, travel possibilities and other information for travelers can be provided by Skellefteå Tourist Center.
Sara cultural center
Many performances are played during the week in a number of places outside Skellefteå center. Västerbottensteatern's performances during the festival week are mainly performed in Sara kulturhus. In addition to stages, there are also several restaurants in Sara kulturhus. An information desk will be in place in the south foyer throughout the festival week.
